Cale, you make a great point about factory bikes being "setup" at the factory. I ordered a bike online and was surprised to find that an "85%" assembled bike arrived with none of the cables connected! They hadn't set the limit stops, b-tebsion screws, aligned calipers with discs, nothing. Even the headset was loose. Oh well, only one way to learn to do it!
