When I trained for Ride the Bear, my best time was 2:06 from the gate to the saddle. An hour and 5 back. Just a little over 3 hours and if one is in form, there is no need to stop at the shack or even hit the village. I'd hit the saddle and still have enough water for the return.
Not to mention IndoMikey is about 1/4 of my weight so it seems very possible.
