That might be quicker and more reliable than using his old address and trusting the forwarding process, seeing as he still has no address in Corvallis. Gen Del stuff is held a couple of weeks. If no pick up, it's returned to sender. Neil could call the post office to check for mail, thus saving him a wasted trip.
