Essentially, yes. The only question is the impact on ride height from the smaller tires and any geo changes in the new model that may make it less of a "road" bike.
Many gravel bikes are moving to lower BB's for stability on loose surfaces and that can make cornering clearance more of an issue with big leans on tarmac.
