In the meantime I'm still riding and exercising. Taking anti inflammatories and icing to get my through. It's walking and stairs that are killing me so I just keep riding. The way I see it is the more fitness you have going into the surgery the faster you should recover.
That's the way to do it. There is a lot of truth to being in the best shape before surgery. But the body will tell you exactly how long it will take regardless...
