OMG, if I cried in my beer for every time I missed a deal, or passed on a deal, or dragged my feet on a deal, I'd probably slice my wrists. I dragged my feets (and missed it) on a deal for one of Sheldon Brown's personal bikes, and it hurts every time I think of it. I've been collecting worthy MTB frames for a while now, and the High Sierras remain somewhat elusive. I traded a couple old post-war Columbias for this one. I rather think I took a beating on the deal, but ultimately this Schwinn will be a prize when I'm done with it.
