We run a small bakery and there's no yeast within a 100 km's of me. I've got a 3 week supply and my orders have tripled the past 2 weeks. I'm nervous. No yeast and I'm out of business. (and no a sourdough starter is not an option)
I'll trade a 24 pack of TP for 3 lbs of instant yeast! I'll throw in some campy stuff too!
