It’s a boutique brand. Assuming this is not counterfeit, it’s a top quality time trial/triathlon bike. You may have a tough time finding the right size seatpost and stem. If you are racing triathlons or doing time trials, and it fits you well, it’s worth building up. If not, it is worth plenty to someone who is.
