For me I wonder "who puts on a rear wheel backwards for a photo?"
I know why they did it but rear facing dropouts on multi-speed bikes just looks weird.
Are inner fork brakes easily available?
As mentioned that particular bike is so specialized and unique the only way I would purchase it is if it was complete.
