60 miles yesterday for my longest ride of the year.
144W AP, 174 NP, just a hair short of a 16mph average. 240 TSS. Everything after mile 50 was a huge drag and felt awful, but got 'er done.
Knee feels decent today. Foam rolled the F out of it after the ride.
Might raise the saddle up a little more. My natural cadence is a lot better with the seat set up more forward. I'll test it out on the kickr while watching a talk this evening.
