I'm on a z2 week, I won't quite call it a recovery week because I'm not in a hole or anything. 2hrs tuesday, 90mins yesterday, 2hrs today, prob 1hr tomorrow, and maybe 4-6 over the weekend
starting sweet spot base HV on Tuesday, my CTL is 75, TSB -1 at the moment. With that and my current ftp (295, about 4.1/4.2w/kg), I might have wanted to target the Killington Stage Race in May, but they have postponed the Boston Marathon again, which I don't think bodes well for other competitive events (especially since road races fall under phase 4 of MA's reopening and we're very much still in phase 3, and I wouldn't be surprised if we rolled back given increases)
