So, last Friday as I was making the hike in, I marveled at how some of us grow old and decrepit before our time and others seem pretty darn active despite our age. Not to mention that many of these people are in the poor condition they suffer because of neglect and laziness all their lives.

What always amazes me is the people who come to the gym and cruise back and forth looking for a parking spot as close to the front door as possible. "HELLOOOO, you're here to get some exercise, why not get started by a walk from the back of the parking a lot. Duh!! " SMFH
