Same here! After a couple of solid years of bike-commuting, it's really depressing to have chalked up so little this year. My non-commuting mileage took a big hit as well -- rainstorms and an unusual number of weddings meant I had to miss a lot of weekend group rides and brevets. I had a rough goal of 5000 total miles for this year, and I just barely made 3000. Better luck next year!
