This is simple. Pay attention to the posters that have first hand experience with a particular product or retailer and consider that what others have to say is hearsay and less reliable. Being an offbeat sport, cycling has always attracted a disproportionate number of people with "issues". You can't help them, and they will drag you down...but only if you let them. Give them a wide berth.
