I prefer my water to be at or around body temp... not cold not too warm as well

I've also read that taking in cold water makes it harder for the body to processed and that Luke warm water is actually absorbed faster by the body than ice cold water.

for weight loss they say to drink ice cold water as it forces your body to burn extra cals to bring it up to temp for absorption as well

although I'm sure it is a minimal amount why waste the calories heating up water when your muscles need them to perform
