The Jamis Ventura Sport has 47-57mm brakes according to my research. (Even if it has Shimano Claris, if someone wants Tiagra or 105, they can always buy a groupset from Ribble or bike24 etc.)

EDIT: Actually, the Raleigh Merit 1 and KHS Flite 280 already have 28mm tires. Schwinn Fastback 3 (says 28mm tire clearance) and Norco Valence A4 have 47-57mm brakes as well. (Just added: Cannondale Synapse Sora 7. Oops, just noticed there's a Cannondale Synapse Claris 8 as well.)
