What part of "mileage" aren't you understanding? Nobody asked about work being performed, nobody asked about pedals being turned, nobody asked about wheels moving.
This thread is about distance covered, as measured in miles. (Or kilometers, for our non-US friends.) That's why the title says "Mileage" not "Work"

You want to start a pissing contest thread about work/effort/crank- (or wheel-) revolutions, go ahead. You'll probably get a lot of folks here to participate.
