That's the region that I'd need to get to, too. Without any real training last riding season, and with a late start to daily riding, Intervals had me in the 280s, so I think that could eek out some more if I can be disciplined about adding some structured rides to the mix.
If I can get to 74KG (at 77 now) I'd only need 300. Honestly I think I can get there with the additional time I'm putting in and upping my tolerance for suffering.
I'm down 20 LBs since 1/4 with only 2 LB of muscle loss
