Well, the small Rapha Essentials Case is listed as 150mm W, 90mm H, and 20mm D.
An iPhone XS is 144 x 71 x 8, so an XS fits (out of a protective case, at least.) It takes up about half of the internal volume.
The X series are waterproof, so... no real need to take up all of the bag space with a phone?
