If you don't want to click through and puzzle it out, the right drive lever has a parallel rod which looks like it steers by twisting the handle. The setup looks like it decreases the mechanical advantage, so this thing likely steers like a barge. OTOH, you'll have unparalleled arm musculature (plus a popeye style right forearm).
