I've been riding my Specialized Hard Rock for 20+ years and really enjoy getting out as the sun rises. I'm 67-1/2 and my suggestion is to just keep riding, watch your diet and one day you'll get both the urge and the confidence to take on those trails. Trust me, lifestyle changing really works! And you are only as old as you allow yourself to feel.
