Wednesday I did just over an hour with a 30' sweet spot interval, I was pretty comfortable during the interval. It's getting warmer here, so my heart rate was higher than last time but still had an EF of 1.77 for the interval. Ran about 30 minutes yesterday and it was warm and humid; the run felt harder than usual but not hard and my T-shirt was just about completely soaked. I already miss the cool weather.
This morning I'll do about an hour at sunrise with 3x5' threshold intervals for openers, shower, take my grandson to a doctor's appointment, then hit the road. It's about 750 miles to the venue and I'm giving myself two days to get there...driving isn't as much fun as it used to be. I've been saving podcasts for the drive, so there's that. CTL is 89, ATL is 69.
