I Duracoated a frame/fork a couple of years ago, it looked as good as the day I finished it when the frame gave up the ghost. I went DIY and already ave HVLP equipment, so the whole job set me back less than $100, including all prep materials.

There is basically no cleaning required with two-part epoxy coatings. Nothing sticks to the finish-- and I mean nothing, I couldn't even put a sticker on the bike, it would just fall off-- so I just sporadically wiped it down with a cloth.
