Riser stems are also good for frames that are too small. Between that and the saddle height, this bike screams too small to me. I’m not talking way too small but 2cm too small.
its not the end of the world, but a new person shouldn’t look at this and think that it’s correct.
A frame that does not fit, is not a good thing. Having a product that is good to make products that don't fit sort of work-ish just isn't good. Get something that fits and you will be way happier with it.
