1) Buy new bar tape. Cinelli cork tape is common and not too pricey. You may need more than one package; results vary.
2) Remove Fizik tape. Residue can be removed using Goo-Gone, but make sure the Goo-Gone is thereafter removed and the bars are left clean.
3) Starting at one end and working clockwise around, completely wrap your computer keyboard in Cinelli cork tape. It is important to go clockwise. Ensure that the keys cannot be pressed.
3a) If you also use your phone to post here, you may need the second package of tape to wrap it. Phones are always wrapped counter-clockwise (this can be a major faux-pas, bike messengers will spot it instantly).
4) Use the included finishing tape to secure your wrap. Some prefer electrical tape.
