And for those who didn't know, unlike cake, brownies made with vegetable oil and sans frosting contain no dairy. So, a delectable food for the lactose intolerant among us. And the pecan and walnut allergic are fortunate in Houston to have a bulk source of blanched hazelnuts. Now that is a combination TDF. Brownies with hazelnuts. Yummmm!
And BTW, if you have never tried frozen brownies, especially frosted ones, you have a great epiphany awaiting you.
I like brownies that are dense and fudgy. Sometimes they are dry and cake-like. What's the point??
