Are the rims diameter notabley bigger than normal? Or is it just me… Now I'm afraid i might damage the rim because of the forces i need to remove the tire. Might just cut it

I recall reading on this forum that other people have had the same issue. They're very difficult rims to mount tires on. I've heard that heating your tire up in the oven (not scorching hot, but warm to the touch) can help loosen it up a bit and make it easier to mount. I guess for you it's already on but the tube is shot and you can't get one of the beads back over the rim to replace the tube... may want to just take it to a bike shop so they can help.
