We think so. She has Irish govt funding for a PhD in marine science, gets lots of sea time, has lots of friends, and shares a cozy little apartment with her weird boyfriend. Sure would be nice to see more of her, though.
My 12 year old tells us he wants to be a marine scientist every time we go to Baltimore aquarium. I’m afraid by the time he gets to be one, there won’t be much of a “marine” to study the science of.
