Lots of choices here. Lots of different prices listed as well. What's YOUR budget? Ideally, the more you spend, the better it will be (up to a certain point of course). If you can afford more, go for a recent CF bike. Also make sure that it fits you and your needs.
The two Cannondale looks good IMO. If they are in good condition & have been well maintained, I'd definitively consider them.
