IIRC the seat tube on these is slightly oversize so it will require the Schwinn Approved Huret front mech with the special oversize mounting clamp.

Or a little judicious Dremel work on the mounting band. Mine sports a deer head Deore. And if I didn't already have one in this size I'd be all over it. Love that Cadillac ride!
