Cypress is by far the hardest climb. Kiler may be steeper for a short section, but Cypress starts steep, gets steeper, and the road gets rougher as you get to the top. Here's a ridewithgps route. You can download the gpx from there. Cypress is the long climb between miles 25 and 28.
