Did not ride this morning as planned. Just couldn't get myself going. Going to have to ride tonight, when it's really hot out.

That said, I did the same work out after work last week and before work this week. Last week's after work performance was much better than this week's before work effort. I'm wondering how much of a factor when I do the workout is toward my performance. It's not a clear cut answer because I was doing a lot more intensity this week than last, so I was more fatigued this week, but still, I wonder.
