3 hours on the trainer, with a zwift race at the beginning. Still too smoky to ride outside. I was strong af today, but unfortunately have a power profile of a Kenyan and whether its Zwift or real life I always get popped on the selection; that 20s to 1 minute burst effort that separates the pack. Still I've learned how to cheese it by going otf early (sometimes). Three strong days in a row and I still feel good, which is a positive sign.
So I'll work on my sprint some time in the near future, the plan is:
- Speed up my cadence
- Lift weights in the gym
- Catch chickens in Philadelphia alleyways
