Went to JB today and as I started heading to Tobay I saw a sign that said Tobay 3.6 miles and Captree 13.6 miles. At first I was hoping they finally opened it up, no such luck. I remember reading there was some safety questions at one of the beach entrances. Has anyone heard any news when it might be opened.
