I'm in the middle of week 4 of trainerroad SSB2 HV and it's becoming a bit of a slog lol I like the sweet spot work but it has been a lot and my basement temp/humidity are making the RPE higher, but I'm trying to embrace that sort of thing (I have 3 fans, including 2 lasko pro's so at least I have good stuff for air flow). It's harder to tell if I'm making progress with the training plan, but today my 15min intervals had my HR cap off around 160, which is where it tends to be in more favorable temps, so hopefully I'm either becoming heat adapted and/or maybe some additional FTP gains may be in store.
My goal at the moment is to do an outdoor 100 mile ride on the 4th instead of the last of the tough indoor stuff as a way to a) finally get my road bike out on the road (it's been inside since August) and b) see how I do going from just 2hr trainings to 100 miles with nothing in between (I know I can do it, but it'll be interesting to do nonetheless)
