Colonoscopy and cycling...
I have seen some posts on this, but just got into the group and need to ask.
I am 49 years old. Getting colonoscopy for the first time this Friday and would like to cycle very soon after. I will be cycling on a 4 day multi ride the week after.
How soon after the colonoscopy can I ride my bike again on long distance and every day for 4 days.
