I am 49 years old. Getting colonoscopy for the first time this Friday and would like to cycle very soon after. I will be cycling on a 4 day multi ride the week after.
How soon after the colonoscopy can I ride my bike again on long distance and every day for 4 days.
Thanks!
Enjoy your rides. That's the prep ride, the oscopy ride and Saturday's ride. I second Koyote's DRE suggestion (Digital Rectal Exam) of Prostate. I would also suggest having a PSA test at time of yearly blood work.
