To all of us, the answer is no you can't put a fork with a 1-1/8" steerer tube in a head tube and headset meant for a fork with a 1" steerer tube. At least not easily and not without a lot more skill and knowledge than you are showing to us. Sorry if that hurts. But face it.

Now there is an off chance that you have something that is slightly out of the ordinary and maybe if we knew what that was, we might change our tune.

So what bike exactly do you have and what exact fork are you wanting to put in it.

And why? Knowing why and what you are ultimately trying to solve might get you some better suggestions for another way to go about achieving the end result you want. Might be you don't need to try and make a 1 1/8" fork fit a 1" headset.
