we actually have one National Recreation Trail starting/ending around our block. this is where im building up my stamina. its 13 miles downhill. once i dont have to walk my bike over that 12% grade, i hope to join my neighbor/s in a group ride. its just brutal here in our place if you are out of shape. so many hills. even our cars consume more gas now compared when we were living in another city
