Whooping 7 miles this afternoon - finished not long before light rain began. One modest hill on the route which I’ve targeted as my Fall/Winter High Intensity Interval Training project. Plan is to ride this hill at least once weekly and track progress on Strava. My best time is 2:14 breathing hard, so this should work for me for HIIT. (At least 44 other cyclists have done this hill faster than me, so not expecting KOM jersey
