Nice story, except that bit about the devastating fire.
We're at 15 years towards the end of next April and we'll be celebrating in Hakodate, Hokkaido, Japan. It's a little late for the Sakura blossoms in most of the country, but I'm hoping that being that far north will yield us a result. I really don't think there will be any cycling though.
