Interesting dilemma for this Sunday. The good news is my wife and kids are going to a bridal shower in NJ so I am hypothetically free to ride as long as I want.
The wrinkle is that my aging parents are "on the way" to the shower so my wife has suggested I go and spend the day visiting them. Of course, she is right. But now I see the epic ride opportunity vanishing. Sigh. I suppose in the grand scheme a visit to aging parents is more important than a bike ride, so I should just do a big ride on Saturday and visit them on Sunday.
