I agree that 150 is fair, but be sure to examine the brakes before buying it- looks like it may have the early to mid 90s Shimano Altus brakes, which almost always break in a way that causes them to drag on the rim. Just be aware that if it is the Altus brakes, you'll almost definitely have to replace them at some point.
