Congrats on new gravel bike. I had the chance to ride some of the Strade Bianchi in Tuscany, Italy as part of a camp. Gravel riding is hard. I did not have the right kind of tires so I did not do too much of the gravel roads. However, Tuscany looks like a gravel bikers paradise. If you get the chance, take your gravel bike and a set of regular wheels along with gravel and have a blast. Below is film clip from the pro race also called the the Hell of the South.
