I know of TT guys that will take 800 mg prior to an hour TT, and that usually means no water/fluids ingested, other that prior and post TT.

I knew about the warning against taking NSAIDS prior to exercise, but stuff sticks in my head better when I know the mechanism or the "why" of something. I rely on Ibuprofen whenever I have an ache or pain so I like to be able to know the whole pros-and-cons picture for the future.
