that black hairline extending off the seat tube to the frame's drive side is just a paint flaw, yes?
This is an interesting frame, the seat tube is I guess 71 degrees or so?
As the rear triangle is so wide, this one should be reviewed to insure it is symmetrical. I would also take a straightedge to the outside of the seat stays to see how similar they are to each other too.
One to leave in its current uniform to be sure.
