I know that 650B is all the rage these days, but your LBS can still build you up a wheel based on a 571 rim. Or, you can use a 559 wheelset and adjust your brake pads 6mm.lower, which is what a lot of recumbent riders have done to gain capability to use wider tires.

Thanks for the info but I am really looking for a 650c front wheel to run a 23 for a TT bike and I was referred to this forum knowing that a lot of folks use them on their recumbents.
