Completed my longest ever trainer ride this morning: 90 minutes of Z2. The set-up I've finally settled on is to have TrainerRoad on the iPad, in front of a TV where I'm running Zwift through AppleTV. And I have Sonos speaker on the table next to me so I can listen to music or podcasts. I'm doing the work out on TR, Zwift is for visual distraction that's engaging enough but not too distracting, and the podcasts are for entertainment obviously.
Still pretty boring, but doable. I still don't know how people do 2 hours or longer inside.
