It is, and it goes to show how people fall for marketing even when what is being sold is so very obviously not applicable to the day to day reality.
So what do the dupes do when reality doesn't match up to the fantasy? They don't look in the mirror and say that they've been duped, they take out their frustrations on someone else, anyone else but themselves.
