I had it recently but it's better now. It was the connecting nerve from my on/off lower back pain, sure gave me a big scare. Went to medical check out and doctor says it's fine, kind of embarrassing to be inspected by a lady doctor LOL. Recommended extra strong Ibuprofen. Now I exercise more carefully as my body gets older, especially sit-ups and abs exercising.
